Service Description

This services is to be selected if you have not prepaid for your test result consult. We will go through the entire test results and give the protocol for your regimen.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If 24-hour notice is not given new clients will be charged 50% of the cost of their appointment and established patients will be charged the full amount. We ask for a valid credit card to hold on all new patient appointments.
