Vitamin B-12 shots are injections that can be prescribed to treat a vitamin B-12 deficiency. A deficiency in this essential nutrient can lead to an array of health problems, ranging from fatigue to permanent neurological changes

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If 24-hour notice is not given new clients will be charged 50% of the cost of their appointment and established patients will be charged the full amount. We ask for a valid credit card to hold on all new patient appointments.
